  • What platforms do you support?
    All chatbots can be integrated with open or closed platforms. Our chatbots support FB Messenger, WeChat, Line, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Teams, Web Widgets & other custom platforms. In addition to messaging platforms, our bots can also integrate with third-party services such as Hubspot, Salesforce and more.
  • Who are some of your clients?
    We work with a number of leading companies from around the region, including Allianz, Bangkok Bank, CIMB, Great Eastern, Schroders and MSIG, amongst many others.
  • What makes your technology so special?
    We have built a proprietary conversational AI system that is specifically trained to understand consumers in Southeast Asia. Currently, the languages we support include: Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (simplified/traditional), Thai, English and Singlish! This technology has enabled us to build some award-winning chatbots for our clients, such as AIA’s AskSara, CIMB's Eva and Tokio Marine’s TOMI.
  • How do I manage my chatbot after launch?
    If you need, we can manage post-production support for you. Or if you prefer to manage the production bot yourself, you may do so with our easy-to-use, no-coding-required Admin Portal, which also comes with a customisable dashboard for tracking metrics.
  • How long does it take to build a chatbot?
    We've developed a chatbot for a banking client in as little as 4 weeks. However, development time will vary depending on the complexity, content and other factors. We usually recommend new clients undertake a 3-month pilot program that is customised for their unique business needs.
  • Do you only operate in Singapore?
    We are headquartered in Singapore, but have offices in Malaysia and Taiwan. However, we work with clients from all over the world!
  • What languages do you support?
    We support English, Chinese (simplified/traditional), Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia and Thai. Feel free to speak to our teaser bot in either English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Do you specialise in a specific industry?
    We work mainly with clients from the BFSI sector across Southeast Asia. However, the technology we developed is sector-agnostic, and we also have experiences working with Telco, Logistics and the Government.
  • Do you support live chat?
